Account Closure

In such cases, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at AeronPlay are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied, and there are no hidden foreign exchange fees. AeronPlay supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are typically credited in real time. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• AeronPlay does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals

General Bonus Rules

Void Bets

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or stolen payment instruments.
• Allowing minors to access your account or funding accounts used by persons under 21.
